You need to create an IFTTT account in order to trigger events. Then click on "New Applet" to create a new IFTTT applet.
First, click on "+this" to select your trigger. Search and select "Webhooks" and then click on "Receive a web request". I decided to name my event "send_a_message_. Finally click on "Create a trigger".
Click on "+that" to select the action to accomplish. Then type and select "SMS" in the search bar (not "Android SMS" or "ClickSend SMS"). You will thus create an action that will sens an SMS to your mobile phone. Then click on "Create action" and "Finish". Good job, your applet is now created !
